Some systems benefit from AI: reading documents, answering questions, summarising long email conversations. It uses your own content, so its answers are about your business. Many projects don't need it, and I'll tell you when that's the case.

Nexus Intelligence

A market research platform designed, built and run by Hexagon Studio. It shows how large a custom system can be. Several AI agents work together to search public information for events that could affect US markets. Each finding is scored against a set of criteria and then tracked over time. It runs every day without anyone needing to start it.

Every build is different, so every price is worked out for your project rather than taken from a fixed price list.

Projects start from

That covers a smaller project: one job automated, start to finish. Larger systems and custom tools are priced by size: what they need to do, what they connect to, and how much of your work they take over.

How projects are priced

You pay a fixed price for the finished system, not for hours worked, so you know the full cost before anything starts.

After a free first conversation I'll send a written proposal with a fixed cost and a timeline. Nothing starts until you've seen it and agreed to it. If the scope changes during the project, I'll raise it with you before doing the work, so you never get an unexpected bill.

If you'd like ongoing changes and maintenance later, a monthly support plan is available. We can discuss this once your system is running.

    I ask about your business, the tools you use now, and what takes up most of your time. Free, with no obligation and no jargon.

  2. Proposal

    A written proposal with a fixed cost and a timeline. Nothing starts until you've agreed to it.

  3. Build and test

    I build the system and test it against real cases from your business. Testing is included, never billed separately.

  4. Handover and support

    Your system starts running, I show you how it works and leave simple documentation. Early fixes are included, and a monthly support plan covers ongoing changes.
